About Verve – Crescent City Theme Park & Resort

We are creating a new theme park, hotel, spa, campground and employee apartment complex to be built in the New Orleans, Louisiana, United States area. We are expecting that the park will cost $780 million dollars and be located in New Orleans East. This project will not be built on the old Jazzland property. It’s our intention to build on property directly located off of Interstate 10.

The bulk of this project will be funded by European professional accredited investors who only fund large-scale capital projects.

As the principal and developer, Laura Kerbyson retains a portion of ownership. That ownership may receive U.S. angel investor funds prior to the round of financing overseas. She will serve as the CEO and Chief Creative Officer of the project.
